Election of Chair: Linda Biggs (All were in favor.)
Data Review: Increased in everything except math for the WVGSA which was a slight drop. School Digger climbed back up in the rankings this year.
Review of Strategic Plan: Increase in reading and math of 15% or more on iReady; 93% attendance rate for the year; Parent Engagement increase by 5%; and earn a silver medal for PBIS for Tier Two implementation.

Old Business: Thanks for attending LSIC meeting with Board Members
New Business: Review of Current Data (94.3% attendance rate); PBIS (Referrals have decreased from 32 to 14 with PBIS implementation.); Reading iReady scores have increased by 23%; Math iReady scores have increased by 24%; One Parent Training and one Parent Conference Day have been conducted with an increase in participation.
Goals for Next Year: Voted to change PBIS goal to gold medal pending silver status this year.
Open Floor: Parents wanted to know more about Spring Training and plans to increase engagement. McDaniel updated members on resources purchased and budget for accounts that were discussed.

Old Business: Leadership members voted to change PBIS goal so that the goal was achievable without an outside committee obligation. (Silver medal was not obtained this year because the county focused on bronze medals which Stanaford earned the prior year.) PBIS goal will be no more than 15% of student body will be in Tier Two or Three supports due to a strong Tier One implementation.
Parental Input into Strategic Plan: Team discussed feedback from Strategic Plan review submitted in writing, parents that wished Mrs. McDaniel to call them, and parents that attended the last PTO meeting.
Draft Reviewed by Committee: Team found a few changes involving number of NBCT, AR implementation, and parent engagement section. Changes were made to draft. Goals were approved as written. Team was all in favor or submitting the Strategic Plan for Approval with changes made.
